"The Black Lady of Nesvizh" by Alexey Dudarev

This project presents a theatrical interpretation of Alexey Dudarev’s The Black Lady of Nesvizh, a work I have known since childhood. At its centre is the tragic love story of Barbora Radziwiłł and Sigismund II Augustus.

I developed scenography models and costume sketches for the production. Inspired by the legend’s dark Gothic atmosphere, I sought to convey its mystery and tragedy through the visual world of the stage.
